About KAGBOA

The Karnataka Grameena Bank Officers Association represents officers in Scale I to Scale III across the Bank. The Association takes up promotion and transfer policy, workload and accountability issues, medical and welfare schemes, and professional development through pre-promotion and skill training. It works with KAGBEU through a Joint Action Committee on issues common to all staff.
