About Joint Action Committee KAGBEU-KAGBOA

The Karnataka Grameena Bank Employees Union is the recognised representative body of award staff of Karnataka Gramin Bank, with units in every region of the state. Formed through the merger of the employee unions of the erstwhile sponsor-bank RRBs, the Union negotiates wages and service conditions, defends members in disciplinary matters, and conducts training and welfare programmes. It is affiliated to the National Federation of RRB Employees and to AIRRBEA.
