Letter to the Chairman - NOTICE FOR AGITATIONAL PROGRAMS INCLUDING STRIKE - TO PRESS FOR THE LONG-PENDING DEMANDS.

Despite our efforts, the management has failed to redress these issues. It is deeply disappointing that even after consistent follow-ups, no serious attempts have been made to engage with the recognised Union/Association for meaningful dialogue or resolution. Furthermore, despite scheduling Joint Conferences, the Bank has not made adequate time available for discussion of our agenda items. Even after the lapse of considerable time, no efforts have been made to convene meetings, which shows a lethargic and indifferent attitude towards the recognized Union/Association that is unacceptable. In view of this continued neglect, the Core Committee/s of KAGBEU & KAGBOA resolved to hold agitational programs to press for the following long-pending demands: Our Key Demands: 1. Proper assessment of Manpower & timely Recruitment and promotions for all cadres as per Mitra Committee recommendations. 2.
